Answer: Answer: There is no provision to call a joint session. Neither completely flexible nor completely rigid.
Flexible constitution – which can be easily amended in the same way as a law is made, for example – changing the names of states, changing their boundaries, etc. Can be changed by both Houses of Parliament by a simple majority of the members present.
Rigid Constitution- Some sections of the Constitution require a two-thirds majority of both houses of the Parliament to be changed and some require a majority as well as the support of at least half of the state legislatures on amendment.
